• Country of Residence: You must not reside in any country or region where online gaming is strictly prohibited.

• Maximum Win Limit: There is a maximum win limit on single bets, which varies by VIP level and event.
• Arbitrage Betting: Deliberately exploiting gaps in odds to guarantee a profit (arbitrage) is prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, winnings may be adjusted or the account may be closed.

• From Your Own Account: Deposits and withdrawals must be made from an account registered in the same name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

• Currency Conversion: The exchange rate for crypto payments is determined by the market rate at the time of the transaction.
• Deposit Bonus Verification: To withdraw after receiving a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.

• Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive after 12 months of no activity. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

• Final Decision: Decisions issued by 8889 following its review process are considered final, unless an appeal is made through an international gaming authority.
